I’m an architectural designer specialising in householder extensions and loft conversions.

With over 25 years’ experience in architecture and construction, I help homeowners understand what’s realistically possible with their property before committing to drawings or fees.

My work focuses on residential projects where early clarity around planning, layout, and constraints can save time, cost, and frustration later on. Most clients come to me because they want straightforward advice and a clear route forward — not guesswork or pressure to rush ahead.

Every project starts with a free planning & design consultation.

This initial visit is an opportunity to talk through your ideas, look at the property, and discuss planning considerations before any formal design work begins. It’s deliberately low-pressure and honest.

If something isn’t likely to work, I’ll say so.
If it is, I’ll explain the options clearly and outline the next steps.

The aim is always to make informed decisions early, rather than discovering issues once time and money have already been spent.
